We confirm your pickup, the planned route, included admissions and any costs paid on the day.

What happens on the day

We confirm both the main experience and your private pickup before the date, then keep the rest of the route deliberately simple.

  1. Private hotel pickup

    Your driver confirms the Waterbom voucher and agrees where to meet when you are ready to leave.

  2. Waterbom Bali entry

    Enter with the included dated single-day pass and store your belongings using the park's current system.

  3. Slides, pools, and downtime

    Use the standard attractions included in the pass and set your own pace inside the park.

  4. Meet your driver

    Message when you have changed and are ready; your return is private, not tied to a shuttle timetable.

  5. Jimbaran sunset or direct return

    Stop at the beach for sunset and choose your own dinner budget, or return directly to the hotel.

Your hotel or villa lobby

We’ll confirm the exact pickup time and driver details on WhatsApp before your trip. Remote pickup supplements, if any, are quoted before you confirm.

Cancellation policy

Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Customer cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. If BaliXperience or a supplier cannot deliver a confirmed part of the package, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
