We confirm your pickup, the planned route, included admissions and any costs paid on the day.

What happens on the day

Pickup times change by hotel area. We’ll confirm your time on WhatsApp the evening before.

  1. Hotel pickup

    Your driver confirms sea conditions and takes you directly to the departure beach.

  2. Safety briefing and equipment

    Meet the activity team, check equipment fit, and review the route and water conditions.

  3. First water session

    Enter with your guide and move at the group’s pace, with breaks for orientation and photos.

  4. Lunch and reset

    A relaxed local lunch break before the afternoon session or coastal stop.

  5. Second activity or beach time

    Continue to the next spot if conditions allow, or enjoy extra time on shore.

  6. Private return transfer

    Change into dry clothes and return directly to your accommodation.

Cancellation policy

Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Customer cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. If BaliXperience or a supplier cannot deliver a confirmed part of the package, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
