Walk the central lane and bamboo area with respect for the families who live here; homes open to visitors at the residents’ discretion.
Bangli countryside
Continue east through the highlands, with one short roadside viewpoint only if weather and traffic make it worthwhile.
Lunch before Besakih
Choose and pay for lunch directly so there is no compulsory restaurant built into the route.
Besakih Temple
Enter through the official visitor process and explore the public areas with the guide arrangement provided or required at the complex.
Private hotel return
Return by the clearest route for the afternoon conditions.
