What happens on the day

Pickup times change by hotel area. We’ll confirm your time on WhatsApp the evening before.

  1. Private hotel pickup

    Leave early for Padangbai while the road and sea are usually calmer.

  2. Boat and safety briefing

    Fit mask, snorkel, fins, and life jacket, then review current water conditions with the local team.

  3. Two snorkeling areas

    Visit Blue Lagoon and a second suitable site chosen for the day's visibility and swell.

  4. Shower and included lunch

    Change at the base and have a simple local lunch before continuing inland.

  5. Tenganan village

    Walk through the village respectfully; local donations or specialist guiding are paid directly where required.

  6. Private hotel return

    Return by the clearest East Bali route for the day.

Cancellation policy

Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Customer cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. If BaliXperience or a supplier cannot deliver a confirmed part of the package, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
