We confirm both the main experience and your private pickup before the date, then keep the rest of the route deliberately simple.

    Travel north before late-morning traffic reaches Kintamani.

  2. Batur viewpoint

    Stop for the caldera view if cloud conditions make it worthwhile.

  3. Lakeside hot springs

    Soak at your own pace with the venue package and facilities confirmed beforehand.

  4. Highland lunch

    Choose the restaurant and budget rather than being routed to a compulsory buffet.

  5. One highland stop

    Choose a short temple, village, or produce-market stop if weather and energy suit it.

  6. Private return

    Head back before the busiest evening traffic.

Cancellation policy

Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Customer cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. If BaliXperience or a supplier cannot deliver a confirmed part of the package, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
