What happens on the day

We confirm both the main experience and your private pickup before the date, then keep the rest of the route deliberately simple.

  1. Private hotel pickup

    Your driver collects your group and confirms the park voucher and return plan before departure.

  2. Bali Safari entry

    Use the included dated admission and begin with the safari journey or the most time-sensitive show on the venue schedule.

  3. Wildlife areas at your pace

    Explore the daytime park without following a shared tour group. Your driver remains reachable while you are inside.

  4. Meet your driver

    Choose the pickup point and time on WhatsApp so you do not have to wait in the exit crowd.

  5. Keramas coast or direct return

    Pause for a drink or early meal near the coast, paid directly, or head back if the family has had enough.

Cancellation policy

Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Customer cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. If BaliXperience or a supplier cannot deliver a confirmed part of the package, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
